Eric Goulder

Eric GOULDER (1964) (United states) is an artist born in 1964 The oldest artwork ever registered on the website for this artist is a sculpture-volume sold in 2011, at Sotheby's, and the most recent artwork is a sculpture-volume sold in 2015. Artprice.com's price levels for this artist are based on 2 auction results. Especially: sculpture-volume.

The exhibit of sculptures at the Earl McGrath Gallery Los Angeles is Eric Goulders first solo show with the gallery. The sculptures made over the past few years are fabricated in bronze, crystal, silver, and marble. Eric Goudler's sculptures are a reflection of contemporary society and its contradictions.

Through expressions of despair, hope, greed, and innocence, Goulder's work examines the human spirit's struggle for identity. Nude men, women, and babies are presented as singular forms, as well as controlled yet tangled compositions. Full of movement and life, Goulder's figures are simultaneously beautiful, disturbing, sensual, and dramatic.

Eric Goulder was born in 1964 in Cleveland, Ohio, and attended Amherst College as well as the New York Academy of Art. Eric has had solo shows at the Forum Gallery in New York, and has participated in numerous group exhibitions throughout the country. Additionally, Goulder's work has been featured in Sculpture Review and The Washington Post. Eric resides in Virginia with his wife, the artist Dana Volkert.

on dirait mon jardin !
